Just so you can see the necessity of covering those beautiful hands, it isn't pretty. It is about 3" long & a hole beneath there of the size of a 50 cent piece was where the cancer was. Amazing how this surgeon does such beautiful work ... 30+ stitches. You can see the before in a couple of posts earlier ... who would have thought those spots were cancer ... but they got it all, thank you Lord.

My recent scar is on my back, where no one but my husband can see it... the Lord has been good to both of us! Yours is not so bad!
ReplyDeletePraise God he got all that nasty cancer out! It looks like it is healing up very nicely to me.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Angela
Poor, Dear One! I'm so sorry but glad the doc got it. My mother has had lots of skin cancers and even had to have a face peel because she had so many popping up on her face. I told her people paid big money to get that to look younger! :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
shelia ;)
Bless your heart. It still looks painful.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby went to his dermatologist this morning and the Dr was not happy! Told my hubby he needs to get aggressive with treatment, or he will regret it. I hope he follows through.

Hi Marydon, I have been praying for you and I am so glad that they got it all. I will continue to pray for a speedy recovery and I do like your new set of wheels. I would like one, but it would be to hard to get hubby in and out if I ever get him out of the nursing Home. Prayers and Hugs to both you and Harold from your Missouri Friend
ReplyDeleteOuch! Sorry you've gone through so much.

ReplyDeleteI spent hours last week looking at all your feed sacks and now I must go back again and see if I can make up my mind. I am looking for some for shelves in my kitchen.
Stay well and warm and thanks for coming by and showing me your support tonight.
Gosh I sure did not mean that post to be ugly like the commenter took it to be.
I have a pretty good idea who it was and she should know me better than that. Oh well I can't let it bother me but your support meant the world.
Stay warm...hugs and kisses to you both
Love
Maggie
I'm so happy all the cancer is gone. My DH has had a few cancerous skin things removed. He'll go to the doctor worried about one spot, and it will be a different one that is the problem.
ReplyDeletePraying for a speedy recovery for you.
Oh Marydon, I'm sorry to hear you had to go through this, but I'm so happy to hear the doctor got it all. Hoping and praying the healing time goes quickly. ((big hugs, and take care)) ~tina

Well praise God that they got it all, Marydon. My mom has had skin cancer and had to have reconstructive surgery on her NOSE! I have had it on my arms and our daughter, Ashley just had some removed. I'm so glad you are going to be ok. Your hand will look better in no time.
