2 tubs of Cool Whip
3 pkgs of instant Vanilla pudding
1 - 15 oz. can of canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (tho I did add a dash or two more)
Serve with ginger snaps, English tea cookies or Vanilla wafers
