That give autumn the seeds of her beauty
Nestled beneath the rustling leaves delicate protection
From the gentle soft snow that nurtures
Kissed by the warmth of the sun
To bring forth new life of spring.
(She's poking her wee little head thru, with her buddies, all
over our gardens ... )

ReplyDeleteWow! They're poking through all ready? They won't do that here until at least March or maybe April. I enjoyed this, Marydon. I'm very ready for spring to arrive.
ReplyDeleteSpring is coming --but we don't want it to come too early for us since I'm sure Ole Man Winter isn't finished with us yet.
ReplyDeleteI had a terrible time getting your site to load tonight. Don't know what was wrong since I have a fairly new computer.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hey Sweetie. You certainly made my morning. Finding you and your beautiful comments this morning was the best way I can think of to start the day. Thank you for letting me know that I didn't come across as bragging. I tend to worry about that. I only know what's in my heart and understand only a tiny bit of the what God wants me to. But I do want to share it in hopes that someone else might benefit and to praise the Lord for what he does for me. I hope to appreciate things more this year and learn not to take anything for granted.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed all your comments on the Haitian people. They have struggled for so long. Want that be a miracle to have a government come in that is free of corruption and to build a better country for the people. God has a plan and I will keep praying for that plan to reveal its self.
Thank you so much for the time you spent with me this morning. What a blessing you've been.
With love and warm hugs...Tracy :)
BTW ~ Thanks for posting Rebecca's giveaway. I'll be sure to stop by and wish her a happy anniversary.

ReplyDeleteI know spring is on it's way but I think winter is going to rear it's ugly hear again hee in KC. It looks like we can expect snow again although not as heavt as last time. Enjoy your little bit of grenn for me.
ReplyDeleteI love those little green shoots! No spring here yet. In fact, we actually have some snow today. It has been a strange winter, but knowing that there is life under the frozen ground gives me hope.
ReplyDeleteAh, yes spring. I can't wait for it to be here. We are still getting snow in our neck of the woods. I love spring! There is something so special about it especially after the "dead" of winter.... it brings new life, new hope, new thanksgivings.
