Joshua & his 'love' Ashley at our Christmas morn brunch.
Ohhhh!!, 'my' baby!!! all grown up. Sniff ... smile!
Joshua is the only child of our daughter, Cari, & our eldest kid-ling, of 3.
Christmas Eve at Emery's w/family
Tatiana ae 7
James ae 11 & Alyssa ae 3 (the kids cousins that we 'adopted' as our own)
Ansel ae nearly 9
Alyssa threw her arms up in the air & said w/such excitement & glee w/each gift she pulled from her package, 'Wow, Mimi! I like it!' , then would reach in for another gift. Love my girl ...
We always have her party later on because of her
Dec. 29th birth, so I went to 'play' with the kidlings on her day. Oh, how they love our little impromptu tea parties. Then we play cards .....

UPDATE ~ Each day is better ... I can nearly eat food again! WOO-HOO!!! I can now stay awake nearly the whole day ... Your prayers & sweet thoughts & notes have sooooo greatly warmed my heart & helped me mend. Love to you all ... Marydon

Haiti Update ~ Hernst, an in-law, lost a brother-in-law & cousin in the Haiti crisis. Jela, Cat's sister, lost her Port-au-Prince home entirely. Thank God, the family has not been affected moreso.
I'm glad to hear things are improving for you! :0)
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, sugar.
ReplyDeleteI find it interesting that you would feature the Mormon Temple since you aren't even LDS, honey, but THANK YOU for doing that. I'll probably never get to the Washington DC temple, but my brother-in-law and his wife and adult kids go regularly to it. I've never read those interesting facts either. Thank you for that also. You are very kind and have a good heart to be so open to us.
xoxo,
Connie

DEAR MARYDON,
ReplyDeleteI HOPE THIS FINDS YOU HEALING AND HAPPY.
I AM SO VERY SORRY THAT MEMBERS OF YOUR HAITIAN FAMILY WERE AFFECTED BY THIS EARTHQUAKE.
HAITI HAS LONG BEEN A SPECIAL PLACE I PRAYED FOR AND SENT MONEY TOO...FOR OVER 22 YEARS...BUT AS WE CAN SEE...MIRACLES ARE COMING FROM THERE EVERY DAY.
CONTINUE TO TAKE IT EASY AND REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR ISSUE IS BUT GOD DOES AND HE IS THE TRUE HEALER.
XOXO
