Focus! Listen to me!! Chuckle!!!
Sherry is very sick with pneumonia so we will continue our 'trip tour' tomorrow or the next day. Enjoy Sherry's birthday ... & a tour of our gardens ...
A wee celebration for that birthday girl ... oh!, the kleenex had a good run with her ..........
... & a cherry teaspoon from us ...
... & a lovely cherry basket ...
both creations were done by Celeste ~ http://larearose.blogspot.com/
You must visit Celeste as she is a very talented & creative artist with fabulous elegant decorative gifts.
As we were wandering the roads of Maryland w/Sherry, enroute home we saw this old rocker along side the road ... she now gracefully adorns my garden after Mr. 911 took care of a small seat repair.
Sweet violas in my front gardens ... I love their delicate faces ...
Dogwood blossoms freshly bloomed ...
Little Miss Cherry II ... we lost Miss Cherry 2 years ago so we now are enjoying our first blooms with our new pink lady ...
One of our newest rhodies blooming for the first time ...
A gathering of our tulips & daffodil ...
My precious peachy colored tulip ... I love this one.

Beautiful....such lovely gifts for Sherry, and all your flowers and trees?-----breathtaking!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about 'snow'...when we lived in Arizona the Palo Verde trees...tho beautiful with yellow sweet blossoms, it was like we had yellow snow. Well, you know what they say about yellow snow. LOLOLOL...it was messy.
Have a good day. I'll stop by and say hi to Sherry too. She told me she didn't feel well. Goodness! Pneumonia?!!!
I'll have to go bring Sherry some cyber-chicken soup. Meanwhile, everything looks beautiful -- SO jealous of that rocker!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful yard and now a great place to sit and stare at all that beauty!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteYou are so darn cute. Let's not rub it in. Okay so you were right, but the air felt so wonderful sleeping and I haven't heard birds singing in such a long time. It was so wonderful to wake up to. It was worth every single cough believe me. The Dr. said I would be better soon.
The problem I am having is that the cough is egging on my asthma, and I am so darn crackly. 10 days of antibiotics and a medrol dosepak and I will feel like a million bucks again.
I love the rocker in the garden. We knew when we saw it, it was meant to come home with you. I am so glad that Mr. Blushing Rose was able to fix the seat, and you could add it to the garden. It was so meant to be. I am thrilled I was there when we found it, as we had just talked about an extra chair the day before. Isn't it funny how things work out sometimes? Love it.
Hope you have a blessed day sweetie. Check your email I sent a pic and message about the green box.
I love you, Your lil sis, Sherry
Ohmygoodness, she got sick?!! I hope she's feeling better soon and you're a sweetheart.

That rhododendron is a beauty. Glad it is blooming for you.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like everything is coming up beautifully. The white rocker looks great out in the garden, what a tremendous find! Sherry's gifts were perfect, cherries are such a cheerful fruit!
ReplyDeleteDear Marydon, I love the blooms, including the unknown one. First, I thought it was Camelia, but then I enlarged the picture and it became clear that it's not it. The old rocker is a good find!
ReplyDeleteMarydon Your flowers are looking fantastic - everything blooming great. WoW ya done good on the rocker find! Could your tree be a Crabapple? The leaves look similar to mine and I know they have gorgeous blooms - mine is pink.
ReplyDeleteLittle white chair just needs a sweet cushion and a pet in it...
ReplyDeleteYour garden is just wonderful. i would love to take a stroll with you, just don't ask me to weed.
