"To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did". When God takes something from your grasp. He's not punishing you, but merely
opening your hands to receive something better.
The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you. God our Father, walk through my house and take away all my worries and illnesses and please watch over and heal my family & friends in Jesus name. Amen.
May God bless you and your family Marydon.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this. It is a message I finally learned around 3 years ago. I have been battling fertility issues for the last 16 years (after conceiving 2 children easily). It isn't anything I've done (no sterilization procedure to be reversed) so it is God who took the fertiity away. For over a dozen years, I have felt like I was being punished. I was continually reminded by the people in my life and by books and magazines that I read that barrenness was a curse (Deuteronomy 28) and, therefore, I must be under a curse. I spent years believing that. Finally, God showed me that through my fertility struggles, he had opened my heart to adoption...and we are currently walking that path. Had I not had my fertility taken away, I would not be concerned about the needs of orphaned and abandoned children...and I would not have the blessing of walking that path now.
ReplyDeleteBlessings on your day,
Patti
