~ Moments of Love, Welcome Summer ~
Such a perfect share for the first day of summer.
We received yesterday from an unknown person at a bank in our hometown, Chehalis WA, an envelope of old pictures. Lots of pictures. We have no clue why they were sent to us, but thrilled to receive them.
It took a good while to realize they were Harold's angel-uncle Robert & his now angel-son David. David was killed while serving in our armed forces just about 2 weeks before returning home, in a car accident many years ago as a very young man.
We had never seen these pictures before.

Hi Marydon, Thanks for visiting me and your kind comment. I do love my garden, that's why I haven't had much time to blog....lol I will try to do better...What a sweet and thoughtful thing for the bank to send the photos to you and Harold. A piece of history has been preserved and I'm sure you can appreciate the pictures of the relatives. I hope you are having a good summer, it goes by way to fast!
