cup & saucer.

wrote when she saw it at a garage sale, she just had to purchase it for me.
We have over 1,500 of these lovely Kim Casali cartoons.
I was really tickled when I translated the cup script. Deb does not know my deep heritage & I was pretty sure it was written in Dutch.heer een rode roos geven translated is ... Mr. give a red rose
How much more precious the gift.

UPDATE ~ I am coming along just fine. No anesthetic just topical eye anesthetic, no iv's, wide awake, new eye surgical machine ... awesome to watch. Eye is regaining its sight. Next surgery on this Thurs., 4 weeks healing time total. THANK YOU ALL for your wonderful notes, comments, cards & calls. You truly lift my heart & spirits, each treasured.

ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that all went well with the first eye surgery! My mom had cataracts removed last year and it was all through the laser machine which only took a few minutes and she could see much clearer almost immediately:-) Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! xoxo
