Recently I shared with you that my hubby surprised me when he said he saw a huge stack of bicycles at the junkyard on the way home from work.
He knew how badly I wanted a bike for
my gardens.
So on the way back from the Drs. he picked out a couple of old bikes to make one.
This is the dismantled 'bike'.
He worked feverishly, SOS'ing, washing,
screwing ...
for hours.
He hung the frame for me to paint ...
as he continued to gussie up the parts ...
And here she is nearly complete ... BUT ...
Hubby insisted she have handle grips & pink sparkley tassels ... & after a lengthy search, he found them. I am so proud of this project he did for me. She stands beautifully in my gardens awaiting plants to adorn her in the summer. I love you honey ... thank you, this means the world to me.
Wait until you see what we found to put in this basket ... adorabilicious ...
