I got mini-ice cream cones for Mackenzie to enjoy ... this was her first & she had a ball.
I find her expressions of each new step in life just precious ...
I giggle & smile as she continues every day to melt my heart ...
It was a special day for colored bubbles, playing ball, riding her new 'bike' & walking a mile down the road together ...
So we deserved a treat as we took a break ...
To just enjoy one another & the simple joys of an ice cream cone ... she's working that tomato patch real good for us.

Everybody should just make a conscious decision to be happy & to have a good day - every morning. It's easier to be happy than angry. Anger uses up a lot of energy that could be used for SMILING.
The trick is to figure out a way to live within your means, & want what you have, not what you want.

Love seeing the ice cream photos. It always amazes me what an ice cream cone can do to a child. Takes them to a whole new place. The expressions, the wonder of it all. I can hear you laughing and giggling away all the way out here in Phoenix.

She is completely in the moment of enjoying ice cream; we adults are usually distracted and not savoring the moment so fully. She is a little teacher.
