IF you have not met Becca, she is a must to visit & wonderful friend. She included these wonderful seeds from her gorgeous gardens & a gratefully greeted glass for happy hubby.
Eensy weensy is decorating ...
our garden florals ...
with a touch o'fall webbing. Notice his intricate zigzag design. He's a big fat fella!
Just a wee ray of sunshine ...
to brighten your day ...
& more garden pretties. These red/orange flowers were planted for a bazilllion years beside my G'ma Maggie's back porch steps. I remember them as a wee child. I dug them up when we moved Mother out here with us 20 years ago ...
& they still bring us beauty & memories every summer.
& I captured them together ... tickled me PINK!
Then little Miss Busy Bee decided to come by & entertain me ...
just another pretty outdoor bouquet ...
& even Mr. Yellow JAcket needed a drink in this 'flip me over I am done on that side' heat wave.
A wee little peek at all survived ..
Have a beautiful day ...
What a beautiful garden. It's nice that you have your mother's flowers to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI dug up a climbing pink rose bush when my mother-in-law died and we are still enjoying her flowers.

This is great. I, too, like to capture insects and arachnids. With the camera, that is.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the butterflies flittering all over the yard!
ReplyDeleteYellow jackets...not so much!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful blooms with us!
You have alot of activity in the garden. Love the picture of Flitter and Flutter. I do not get many butterflies to the garden, it is too shady.
ReplyDeleteEEK!!! That spider is huge! But he sure is a pretty one. lol! I love seeing your blooms and the WILDLIFE in your garden Marydon. Are you ready for Fall? I'm trying to let go of Summer gracefully, but we only had one month of Summer weather here in the mountains of Idaho. Everyone here is saying it was the coldest on record for our area in a very long time. But the garden seemed to love it, even if the gardener didn't.hehe
ReplyDeleteMarydon, you gave me a gift today with your words, and I have to send you my love and big hugs for taking the time to lift me today.
BIG HUG
