Shopping together would NOT be hubby's delight ... until the last 5 minutes before the stores close ... & oh, so many times he has taken
advantage of this, it has become a joke.
...do not attack others for their beliefs … let them worship as they please
God may have created man before woman, but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece
I think Don would say "torture is shopping together"...lol...He never wants to go to the stores alone when it's something he needs but if I need to go he stays home. Go figure...lol...Hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteMy honey HATES to shop and waits 'til the VERY last minute! SOOOOOO, this I year I said... NO GIFTS for EACH other, NONE, NO NOT ONE! He was good with that! I followed that statement with, we will take a trip somewhere warm as a gift to each other, he was good with that too:) Yipppeee!
ReplyDeleteLoved having a little chat with you yesterday! I appreciate your friendship! Merry Christmas and big HUGS!
Thanks so much for your little comment on my blog. I'm glad you enjoyed the gifts. I received a very special one from you too. Thanks you! Wishing you and your sweet family a very Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas dear friend.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Sweet Sis...
ReplyDeleteI slept in a little this morning. I made it to 6:30 and that is late for me. (Usually up and at'em by 4). I guess I will venture out and purchase those last 2 gifts that I need to buy. Then I can come back and start doing some of this baking that needs to get done.
I love to shop but it has been a little hard this year. As long as I don't have to ask a question. Where is my Sis when I need her?
Where is dear Brother off to this time? Never know where they will send him next. Is he coming to Phoenix? Why can't they find some work out here in Phoenix? I know Don Rueben's hasn't been the same since you left. They were just getting used to us too.
Oh what fun times we had. I hope you are inside and staying warm. It rained all night, but I believe it is supposed to clear off and get up into the 70's again by Christmas Day. Then next week we are supposed to get hit again. Boo hiss. Don't like the rain. Especially when I am off and could actually do something outside. Wahhhh.
Have a gorgeous day sweetie. I love you and Miss you. Talk to you tonight. All my love, Your lil sis, Sherry
Merry Christmas Marydon!!!

Don't ya know that men don't get into the Christmas Spirit 'till it's close to closin' time on Christmas Eve. Heeehehehe!!!

Ooooh Dale hates to shop anytime. We don't exchange gifts with each other anymore. It is just too torturous for him.
ReplyDeleteI love the portrait of the two of you!!! What a lovely couple you make.
Have a Merry Christmas dear friend!

Merry Christmas to you and family!
ReplyDeleteGuys and shoppng don't often mix, so it's no surprise that most of them wait til the last minute. HiHoney goes more now that he's retired, but he's not a browser like me. Still, I like it when he goes...he's really sweet to wait for me while I browse...as long as he has a book or the paper! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...your friendship has been so appreciated this year.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Ginger
ReplyDeleteWarmest or blessed Christmas wishes to you and your family, Marydon!
