These pictures were taken last week. It was an icy snow. The newly peek-a-boo'g crocus were dressed gently in new gowns that sparkled like diamonds as the sun kissed the fluffy white.

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are beautiful and the way you have the tiny flakes going down your page add extra prettie to your pictures too. Snow really does pretty doesn't it. I love the look of leftover summer/fall flowers and plants in the garden during the winter. They add such mystery to the snow...thank you for sharing.

It is getting warmer a bit here. But the disaster doesn't seem to stop. I am riveted to the TV to see how things is going, SO scary....

Isn't it unbelievable how hardy these crocuses are considering they look so delicate? I know I've got some growing as well but there's still a couple feet of snow on top of them! lol It's supposed to start warming up this week so hopefully the melting will start. Right now it's 25F so it better warm up some more!!!
