You can see the blizzard of Thursday beautifully frosted
our pretty pink wreath, the perfect touch for a cold
wintery day.
Yes, please do come in after you enjoy the
beautiful snow covered gardens ... aren't
they gorgeous ...
All fluffy & white ...
This is our foyer. This 3-tier piece was once silver. I
had Donny paint it white & all the gifts that we receive
adorned with florals ... I pop them into this topiary to
remember each person who blesses me with a
remembrance ...
You will see the water goblet with Celeste's beautiful
spoon ~ http://larearose.blogspot.com/
This awesome parcel arrived from Donna @
The wrapping is so rich & elegant ... Donna
made me an exquisite mug mat. I was
truly overwhelmed with her generous
thoughtfulness ... my colors & roses, oh, how
beautiful ... & such a sweet note ...
Thank you Donna for your loving kind heart.
I so treasure this gorgeous piece.
So I said, 'self, gather your treasures & have a cup of tea
for Donna, & me' ...
I found a hand pieced & sewn napkin my Mother had
made probably back in the 1940s ... I treasure her
linens ...
Then I pulled out my darling Sadler 2-cup
English teapot ... sweet delicate roses, ahhh,
perfect!
Oh, yes, before I forget you may still enter our GIVEAWAY
here ~
Of course, the Royal Chelsea tea cup was just
a must for this special celebration ...
The Daffodil silver beautifully graces the mat!
The lace medallion is so elegant a touch!
Sandi @ http://waysidetreasures-sandi.blogspot.com/ sent me this lovely dessert plate for my birthday ...
This calls for my favorite treat ... peanut butter
anything ...
What a beautiful gathering of gifts & treasures
to sit & enjoy, thinking of each precious friend
& their loving hearts & generous gifts ...
Loving peanut butter as much as do I ...
Mildred @ http://yellanmildred.blogspot.com/ this dessert treat is for you ...
And, assure yourself, it is dee-lish!
Mildred gave me this wonderful book of her
Mother's after we visited with her & John in
their exquisite home in GA ... Mildred, I read
the book enroute to AZ, it was delightful & a
very enjoyable read. My heart THANKS you.
Next to the book is a wonderful treasure from

ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday Sweet Sis...
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful the snow has blanketed the yards. They almost look like a new house to me. I had to look hard. I know you are in seventh heaven with all this white around you. I am sure you were out there making snow angels along the way.
Love the foyer. It is only lacking your silver that I am mailing to you. It needs it. Ofcourse now that Donnie painted your tier white, you may want to paint the other white as well. Durn it. It looks so beautiful Sis.
You look terrific. Now I have to ask before I take a bite. Might this be sugar free for Me? Durn it, I thought as such, I guess I will just take my cup of tea and sit with you, that is sweet enough for me. I love it when we visit.
A beautiful book and matchbox from Mildred. She is such a treasure.
Many hugs my sweet Sis and SO much love. Your Lil Sis, Sherry
