And, you ask ... what did I do with this down time? I addressed our Christmas cards & wrapped some Christmas gifts... yup! All ready to go.
THANK YOU for all the wonderful flowers, cards, emails, e-cards & phone calls. You are all so very precious to me, I love you all.
It was not the kind of diagnosis one looks forward to but hopefully the MOHs surgery has remedied the cancer.
Now I am off & running (well sort of) to catch up with you all.

~ A Heart Full of Thanksgiving ~
Everyone needs someone to be thankful for,
And each day of life we are aware of this more,
For the joy of enjoying & the fullness of living
Are found only in hearts that are filled with thanksgiving.

ReplyDeleteGood Morning My Precious Sis...
ReplyDeleteI am so thrilled to see you up and about this morning, and hopefully that nasty sinus infection will go away soon. I so hate it when you are sick, and you're so far away and I can't get over and take care of you.
Just know that virtually I am handing you a tissue box, and bowl of warm chicken noodle soup, and a glass filled with warm tea. I so love you. I can see you in your chair in front of the fireplace, covered up with your blanket and enjoying a peaceful moment before the days gets hectic.
I am hugging you, loving you and missing you more with each passing day. Many hugs my sweet sis, and SO much love, Your lil sis, Sherry
Marydon, I am so sorry I haven't checked in lately, and I do hope you are doing well after your surgery. I have to keep regular checkups on my skin/face, as squamous cell runs in my family on my mother's side. Sounds like you are putting the down time to good use! Love, melissa
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you back, Marydon! You take care of you, and I'll keep you in my prayers! ((hugs)) ~tina
ReplyDeleteMy dear and sweet friend...Keeping you in my heart, thoughts and prayers...Sending you all my love ~ ♥Ana
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that you are doing better. Thanks for the wonderful comments you left on my blog. We got some of our Christmas cards in last week. I have two different kinds, one has pictures of the grandkids on them and other are the kind you just buy from the store.
ReplyDeleteI love sending and getting cards, but it seems as the years past we send little out and get little back. Sad, but alot of people do not like sending them out like they use to.
