We look back & chuckle, but it was family togetherness, tho the kid-lings didn't think so then ...
This is about how we both looked doing this project ... how did you prepare your cards with your family?
Cards in the mail yesterday ... house totally decorated ... gifts wrapped.
Now to just enjoy this beautiful season.

Oh, my! You have it all done! I will be starting tomorrow. Tree, lights, ornaments, and lots of Christmas music. I love it all! I'll be doing my cards next weekend. I've saved almost every Christmas card we've ever received! That's 43 years of cards!! I love to get them out and look at them but should really get a trunk or screen and decoupage them to it as a permanent display of some of the favorite ones. Maybe next year. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Marydon...
ReplyDeleteYou are all ready for the holidays, girlfriend! I'm just started, but will have everything ready soon.
Hope you have a fabulous week, my friend.
xoxo
Donna
Good for you Marydon! I'm taking the year off this year (except for Grandparents, aunts and uncles. I have too much going on. You have it all together and it sounds like fun with the helpers helping and so festive. Kathi
ReplyDeleteYou're way ahead of me, Marydon! I enjoy the season by putting everything off to the last minute. :D HA!
ReplyDeleteYou are an inspiration Marydon! I wont be entirely thru til Christmas eve lol... Many Blessings. Lady Jane
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Sweet Sis...
ReplyDeleteCould you slow it down just a tad? I mean I haven't even gotten my cards back from the printer as of yet. I am always a little slow.
Still don't have the tree up, maybe this weekend. We'll see.
Love your share today. I just got mine posted. Sorry, I know I am a little slow today. It was only 33 degrees this morning, and our high is expected 56. Here in the desert this is just toooo much for me. Could someone please turn the heat back on.
Love you sweet Sis. Hope you have a gorgeous Monday. Many hugs and so much love, Your Lil Sis, Sherry
This cartoon makes me think of my dear husband who printed all of the address labels for my cards and helped me addressing all of them yesterday so that he could mail them in today's mail for me. I've been so sick - over 2 weeks - that I've needed all the help I can get with decorating and Jim and Sarah have been a huge help to me.
ReplyDeleteDue to that, I can say that I have everything decorated, and cards done as well. Now just to wrap the gifts, which include not only Christmas, but my husband and daughter's December Birthdays as well...
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
~Linda ♥

That was cute. I guess I need to get on the ball and start doing some planning for Christmas before it's here. Can't believe yours are all done.
ReplyDeleteHow did you get done so quick? Nothing like being ready huh. My house and tree are done. I have started my shopping. Have a good day Marydon!

OM word! Is it time to do Christmas?
ReplyDeleteI, too, remember the 'stamp licking' but I don't miss it.
You must either be some magic wonder or totally organized! Have started nothing yet.
ReplyDeleteI will get it together soon, I hope.
Oh, Marydon you are good! I am not nearly that ready..yet. I will persevere. LOL It will get done eventually! Hugs to you.
