The valley is breathtakingly beautiful, so peaceful ...
You can hear the gentle rush of the water from
afar ...
IF you look closely to the middle left side of the tree you
will see a black image ... it is a huge bird that made funny
noises ...
Wandering thru the countryside, the clouds
were awesome ...
A charming little town ...
Time is ticking away ...

This is a great post. Full of great photos and historical facts too. I have visited Texas 3 times. Our son lives in Austin. One one visit we went to San Antonio. Austin itself is a beautiful city so clean and alive. Thanks for stopping by. Blessings

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures and history of Texas. I lived south of Houston for 12 yrs. and one of my favorite places to visit each year was the Painted Churches (west of Houston and east of San Anton).... IF you ever get back, visit them.. You can find info on the internet... They are awesome.

Lots of nice photos and history to read here today. Thanks for sharing your lovely state with me! been to Uvalde, San Antonio and some darling town along the beach which escapes my brain at the moment, but they recently had a hurricane.
